1. Definitions and Interpretation

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

jljl79 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance Account security. While not mandatory, we strongly encourage all Players to enable 2FA to protect against unauthorized access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jljl79 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other payment methods displayed on our Platform. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account closure.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. jljl79 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

6. Gaming Conduct and Fair Play

• Collusion with other Players to gain unfair advantages
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack Platform software
• Depositing funds from stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or third-party accounts
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated betting patterns or multiple Accounts
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jljl79 staff or other Players
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on jljl79 are owned by the Operator or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission from jljl79.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jljl79 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10.3 Force Majeure

jljl79 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service failures, or third-party software malfunctions.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding jljl79 services, you must first contact our customer support team in writing, providing detailed information about the issue. We will investigate your complaint and provide a response within fourteen (14) business days.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jljl79 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.3 Arbitration
